Psychologische Beratung in der Praxis von Tina Reif in Linz-Urfahr

Psychological counselling

When thoughts, feelings or life circumstances become increasingly difficult

Sometimes it helps not to have to keep searching for a solution on your own.

In psychological counselling, I support you in understanding what is weighing on you, understanding thoughts and feelings, and developing new ways of responding in everyday life.

When it becomes difficult to see the next step on your own

Perhaps your thoughts keep returning to the same issues. You may feel overwhelmed, uncertain or unsettled – or perhaps you simply sense that something could be different.

Psychological counselling can create space to pause, understand connections and see things more clearly again.

We begin where you are right now.

Anxiety, stress & inner restlessness

When worries, tension, overwhelm or anxiety take up more and more space.

Relationships, loss & change

For conflict, separation, loss, or challenging transitions and phases of life.

Orientation & personal development

When you want to understand yourself better, make decisions or change old patterns.

The focus is not on one method, but on you.

For me, good counselling means understanding together what lies behind a difficulty and what can genuinely help you.

I work in a resource-oriented, trauma-sensitive and professionally grounded way. Depending on your concerns, counselling may include practical strategies for everyday life, work with thoughts and behavioural patterns, body-oriented approaches or stabilisation techniques in addition to conversation.

What matters to me is that the support fits you and your current situation.

When anxiety begins to shape everyday life

Anxiety can take many forms – rumination and worry, inner tension, avoidance or intense physical reactions.

In counselling, we develop practical ways for you to respond differently to anxiety in everyday life.

If high levels of tension and difficulties with regulation are also present, combining psychological counselling with neurofeedback may be helpful.

The first step

During the initial consultation, we take time for your concerns and questions. We discuss what you would like from counselling and whether working together feels right for both sides.

The duration and frequency of further appointments are tailored to your individual situation.

Counselling is available at my practice in 4040 Linz-Urfahr, online, or as a combination of both.
