About me
I completed my training as a Gestalt therapist in Barcelona and completed it with a Master of Science in Psychosocial Counseling at the Sigmund Freud University in Vienna.
My approach is informed by depth psychology, coupled with behavioral therapy and systemic approaches. I value a trauma-sensitive and culturally sensitive approach, an equal encounter, and a clear focus on what matters most.
In collaboration with the Paracelsus Recovery Clinic in Zurich, I have been working for several years with clients suffering from trauma and the consequences of trauma, ADHD and ASD, as well as anxiety and affective disorders.
I speak German, English and Spanish fluently.
My personal story
My path to integrative Gestalt therapy and psychosocial counseling is closely intertwined with my own history. Born in 1982 and raised in Linz, I moved to Vienna at the age of 18 to study business administration.
At the age of 22, I decided to live in Spain, where I spent 15 formative years. This time abroad not only gave me new perspectives but also became a catalyst for profound personal development, during which I began to delve deeply into my own inner world.
I immersed myself in a process that helped me recognize and resolve limiting and stressful patterns. This strengthened connection with myself became the most important decision of my life and laid the foundation for my current calling.
Back in Austria, I now accompany people in finding their own path to self-discovery. My own experiences and my understanding of the complexity of psychological processes inform my work. I know firsthand how enriching and liberating it can be to address one's inner issues—and that's exactly what I want to enable my clients to do.
